1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through the Site is NEXORA, with address in Argentina. For any matter regarding this policy you can write to soporte@nexora.com.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the data of those who visit the Site. It does not cover the processing of clinical or patient information within the Nexora PACS product: that processing is governed by the agreement between Nexora and each client institution, which acts as controller of such data.

3. What data we collect

Data you provide when contacting us, such as your name, email address or phone number and the content of your message.

The contact form asks for your name, institution, email address, phone number and the reason for your enquiry. We expressly ask you not to include patient data in that message.

Basic technical data generated by browsing, such as the IP address or browser type, processed by our hosting provider to operate and protect the Site.

4. How we use it

We use this data to respond to your inquiries, follow up on your request and keep the Site secure and working properly.

5. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent when contacting us and of our legitimate interest in responding and in protecting the Site.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data.

To receive contact form messages we use Web3Forms, a service that processes the submission and delivers it to us by email. The data you enter in the form is transmitted to that provider for that sole purpose.

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical connection data to operate and protect the service.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use Cloudflare analytics, which measures visits in aggregate form, without cookies and without identifying individual people.

8. Data retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, as well as object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights write to soporte@nexora.com. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority in Argentina.

10. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is completely infallible, but we work to reduce those risks.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force will be the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
